Theo Meyyappan is the General Manager for Communications Express and has more than 10 years of Business Management Experience with companies like Citigroup, Ameritox etc. Theo Meyyappan has a Masters in Business Administration Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and acquired Communications Express from its previous owners in 2012.

SEAN DALAL
Sean is a Senior Sales Executive at Communications Express. Sean has been with Communications Express for 5+ years. He has worked with Motorola Solutions in the past and has been in the Telecommunications industry for over 10 years. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Communications from Bryant University in Rhode Island.
SERVICE MANAGER
JONATHAN PADI
Jonathan, Service Manager at Communications Express, has over 10 years of experience and holds an Associate degree in Computer, Telecommunications, and Electronics Engineering from Tesst College. He’s certified by Motorola and Corning Mobile Access, with expertise in MOTOTRBO Analog, Digital, P25, and systems like Linked Capacity Plus, Capacity Plus, and IP Site Connect.
INSIDE SALES
STEPHANIE SHEGOGUE
Stephanie is in Inside Sales at Communications Express. She has been with Communications Express for 12 years. Her main areas of concentration are taking inbound sales and service calls and procuring and up selling these accounts. Her previous work experience included stints in the retail industry. She is a two way radio expert. Stephanie also programs every radio prior to shipment.
OFFICE MANAGER
PAULA WEAVER
Paula Weaver has been with Communications Express for 17 years. She worked in various capacities as an Office Manager and an Inside Sales Representative. She also handles functions of Radio Express which is a smaller company owned by Communications Express. She is a go to person for two way radios and knowledge on the Motorola Catalogs. Paula is the deputy in Theo’s absence.
